Definitely. They're one of the hottest things on TV right now, and all they do is propagandize. They demonize anyone who disagrees with the proposed health care reform, and just generally attempt to make anyone who doesn't fit their 'left-wing' ideal look ridiculous. It's supposed to be a comedy show. I don't watch comedy shows to be preached to about politics.

If you ever watched the Daily Show, you would be able to see they make fun on politicians on both sides (the right does get a bit more of the bashing but it is beyond well deserved) complete with video evidence to show how much oh hypocritical they are.
