Everyone I know who has done shrooms has thrown up pretty much everytime except at ridiculously small doses.
I thought it would be good to list all the ways to combat the nausea and dizzyness.
I heard antacids, like tums works great.

Almost all of my friends did shrooms none of them ever trew up from them (me with 7 times of trying didn't once, at high to very high, doses)
Do you wash them before eating? Have fresh or drieds? What sorts? Try eating a little bit before but not much, drink a cup of peppermint tea and odn't move too much are all the advice I have.

Furthermore its a part of the effect, feeling sick in the beginning. Its not all positive :\

Haha I felt sick through the whole thing, we get dried shrooms, and dont wash them.
I didn't for 5 hours last time, but I ate like 5 grams of liberty caps so thats probably why I threw up.
I'll try the tea thing next time.

Take the mushrooms in tea, and fast before you take them.

I used to eat shrooms right out the field as I was picking them and never felt sick. I guess it depends on how tough of a stomach you have.
