Looking for some chill types who want to rent a room. 400 month includes utility. Must be willing to put up with two live in large dogs. It is a 3 room 1 bath house on 3 acres of land. with HUNDREDS of acres behind the home. I am 5 min from 1-20 and 35 min from Atlanta . On a dead end street with only 1 person living behind me.. this is so peaceful here . If I can get both rooms rented the rent drops down to 250 for the larger room and 200 for the smaller one. If you all are willing to share rooms we could do bunk beds and the rent can go down to as low as 125. I would rather fill this home with ladys. And should you approve of me I would like one of you to share my room with me..who would then not be paying anything. The garden is growing, the Tomatoes are looking good. The woods are full of blossoms and smell wonderful . It would really be nice to hear some laughter in the house. Ohh speaking of that.. I now have two large screen TVs so each family room has a TV for you to watch. Please.. only mellow types. Caregiver types.
