Hey, I'm the guy that was coming to Australia and New Zealand from Oregon. I'm still coming but now I have details! So we're arriving on June 20, aand we'll be around. If anyone wants to talk to me or my friends, we're the stereotypical hippies in sandals and tie-dye and shoulder-length hair. We'll also be in red jackets, indicative of our wind ensemble. We will also be at Bondi Beach for a whlie, if anyone wants to hook up with us there. I guess we'll be at the Rocks til 12:45 ON THE 21. On Friday the 24 we perform in the opera house!! I guess we play at 9:45 in the morning. Ish. On the 25 we'll be at the Cold Coast. I think we're staying there the 26 as well. The 27 is a zoo day and 28 is travel time. Busy the 29 as well. The next time we perform will be in the City Focus at Auckland between 11 am and 1 pm on July 2. I guess that's the end of the tour, but if you run into a large group of clearly American students wearing red jackets or talking loudly, that's us. Ask around for Galen or Fujii, and we'd be glad to talk at ya. We're leaving in FIVE DAYS!
South Salem High School Wind Ensemble... I play trumpet in the group. I know it's not as cool as like a rock band, but hey, it's taking me around the world right? And music is music, so there ya have it.
