Well done; you have just given America four more years of being hated by the world, four more years of having a pathetic leader, four more years without abortion, four more years without stem cell research, four more years of unemployment, four more years of National Debt, four more years with gay marriages being aimlessly illegal, four more years of troops dying in Iraq, four more years of having your homes searched without you knowing, four more years of your civil liberties invaded, four more years of terrorist attacks, four more years of tax breaks for the filthy rich, four more years of realising your president is as stupid as you are, and four more years realising America puts the **** back in country.

Don't blame all the American voters. There were many voters who were turned away (because of parking tickets, etc) Some were even threatened with arrest if caught attempting to vote.
There is much that the mainstream corporate media WILL NOT TELL YOU.

For information about the real story, go to www.democracynow.org and see if your area carries a station that aires the show.

Well, abortion, with the exception of a rarely used late term procedure, is clearly legal and often performed in the USA.

I agree with some of your assesments. But please don't blame all Americans. Most of the people I know (I live in IL, a Kerry state) and most of the people on this site did NOT vote for Bush.

But, yes, it will not only be four more years of the same, it will be WORSE. I saw Jerry Fallwell on TV last night saying things he NEVER would have gotten away with even a few years ago, regarding gay people, those who don't attend church, reproductive choice ect.

I think the NeoCons think they have free reign now. I think the International Community may need to step in and help.

Agreed (except the abortion thing), but the same things could be said about Kerry, when will people realize it's not a democratic/republican issue, its just corporations owning politicians to make them do whatever they want.

    Peace and Love,
    Dan

IT makes me sick in the stomach and proves that the majority of americans are complete idiots. How you can elect someone who has failed terribly in every aspect of running a country is beyond me. Wether its the economy, enviornment, the black hole of a deficit, education, the war in iraq, etc.. Its been a complete failure. So lets give him 4 more years....

    Its disgusting.

i meant we might not have abortion anymore if bush has his way. three judges who were on the rowe vs wade case are stepping down in the comming years one is dying the other two just might step down(or being forced down) and if bush has his way he will elect someone who will over throw it. so i see abortion being tossed out.

im just very angry forgive me. i voted too but obviously it didnt mean much.

Maybe after he makes abortion illegal bush will require all women to grow their hair long and wear vails over there faces.
I imagine he'll also rearrange the adoption laws at the expense of the birth mothers and at the financial benefit of the adoption agencies.

Four more years of rolling back environmental legislation that's been in place as far back as Nixon's presidency. I wonder why Kerry never talked about the environment. Not that it would have made a difference in the final outcome, but I know there are lots of moderate Repubs out there that care (or at least like to think they care) about the environment.

For those that say there is no difference between bush and kerry that they are both puppets, you might be right. But by reelecting bush, we have elected to have religious hypocrisy in government make the laws for the next few years in addition to being in the pockets of large corporations. What's the difference between bush and kerry, not much i guess, but at least kerry uses lube before fucking us in the ass.

    Chill on the exaggerations.

Abortion is still legal. Stem Cell research will likely continue and may increase, it's so beneficial no one man can stop it. Troops may be out of Iraq before 4 years are up, we must hope so anyways. I don't think many houses have been searched without the owners knowing. We haven't had a terrorist attack since 9-11, aside from the insurgency in Iraq.

Other than that, yeah, I share your despair.

I know you all....I voted for Kerry too. I and 48% of other Americans are pretty disappointed about having a greedy, judgemental, mysogonist who cares nothing about people for a president. I'll let you in on this much....he's not my president.

Well apparently 83% of the youth vote decided to Die rather than Vote, which i'm sure makes P-Diddy angry. C'mon people (who didn't vote)....get off your asses and vote. This is my first election to vote in and man am i pissed off. 4 more years of lies and fear. Great job guys :$

If you hadn't noticed we had well more than 4 years of being hated before Bush ever considered running. Stem cell research, while it has it's benefits, will be the end of the world. Every day we put ourselves one step closer to playing God. Having your home searched without you knowing has been going on, to an extent, for some time now as well. They've already been able to use heat-sensitive guns and other devices to see into your house from the outside. Four more years of terrorist attacks? We had one big one, and it had nothing to do w/ Bush himself. He just happened to be president. Had that election gone the other way, we'd probably be badmouthing Gore right about now. The rich aren't the only ones that got the tax breaks, but they did get the biggest break, and I agree with it. I'm nowhere near rich by any means, but it makes sense to give them the most relief. The "upper 1%" pay more taxes in a year than most of us will make in 5, so why shouldn't they get the bigger break? Should we punish them because they went farther than us in life? That's rediculous. As far as the war.....I have no argument there. It's gone on long enough, but I don't think sitting here blaming Bush for all of our problems is anywhere near being honest with ourselves.
