I've always been in touch with nature, but England is too small. I'm thinking of going to America when I turn eighteen, not telling anyone, and just disappearing into nothingness. I won't tell anyone where I'm going, who I am, where I am. I'd take my guitar with me and see where I went. What would be likely to happen if I did get a plane to the US and not return; would they investigate it when I didn't get a plane back? Presumabley do odd jobs here and there. Is it even possible or would you be snatched up the minute they realized I hadn't come back. I figured I could go from Mexico through to America that way they wouldn't think i was in the US. And if caught am I likely to be deported? I may just throw my passport away and keep myself clean cut so not to attract any unwanted attention.
Don't go to Mexico. It would be easy to disappear here, once you get here. Wouldn't going thru Canada make more sense for you.
I figured if I stuck to walking trails in and out of employment I would be able to pick up food left by those so called "Angels." I doubt they would care to investigate it once I was lost and wouldn't have the means to find me. And yeah, going through Canada would be more logical, less chance of being picked up crossing the border, I just thought if I flew into some who-the-fuck-knows-where-it-is airport I'd be better hidden.
Thank you. Is it likely I would even be investigated, I know illegals are allowed a hearing but would the police even consider me an illegal if I made up a name and didn't tell them my country of origin? I'm Ethnic-White so I would fit in.
How is your english? I am not an authority but if I ran into you considering your fake name and origin I would think you some dishonest English dude.
why do you want to go to the states and live as an illegal immigrant? i'm seriously wondering, why america?
England is too small. The minute I left I'd be caught. There's so much to see in America/South America. I wouldn't limit where I'd go to America solely, I'd go everywhere and see everything. Just, when I was on that continent it could really begin.
i think it's pretty easy to get a canadian visa, assuming you're an english citizen. do that, and then just visit the US and stay if you like it.
Yeah, dont go to Amerika. If you love nature go to Canada or New Zealand, I have a strange sense shits going to hit the fan in America pretty quick.
Good luck with that, my experience with air travel within the US as a US citizen is painfully difficult, especially if you have a one way ticket. When I was 14 we took a plane from Florida to Georgia (get a map if you can't recall the distance) with a one-way ticket, and spent an hour being wanded / searched / questioned... etc. The 'safety measures' were nearly longer than the flight.
You and me both. Shit's no joke. America has been getting away with to much for to long. Karma is a bitch. I want to get out of here before all of this goes down, how's Canada eh? haha I love nature so as you said I might enjoy it there but I dont like the cold...haha so Im not sure how I would adjust to that. :ssmokeit:
if you don't like the cold, head to the west coast. I had assumed that a Canadian visa would be easy for a Brit, since we're technically part of the commonwealth.
It's quite difficult, unless I can find some chick to marry that is. That or adoption seems to be the easiest way in.
get a visitors visa and look for work while you're here. if you have a job offer its a lot easier to get a work permit
