Court on Wednesday, help.

Last night fucking sucked. I ran into this girl I've had a problem with for a while, and she said something to me so I went up to her and punched her in the face, smashed my drink over her head, and then hit her in the face with it. Cool how I didn't see a SINGLE cop until one was running up to me, he tried to grab me but I hit him and ran. A second cop tried to grab me but I hit him and ran, but the third cop was huge and ended up slamming me into a wall and handcuffing me. I spent about 4 hours in a holding cell. I got charged with assault & battery and assault & battery on a p.o. Now, it wouldn't be so bad but I'm already on juvenile diversion. I'm wondering what's going to happen in court on Wednesday, anyone know? =/ Someone told me I could get sent to lock-up because of the a&b on a p.o.

 

Your a fuckin idiot, first off for hitting a girl, you don't do that shit, and for hitting cops, your not a thinker are you?

Yeah you definately do not hit any female.ive had one beat me up before i just took it since she hit like a girl. but the first time i got arrested i "assaulted" a cop not as severe as your description but i went to court and came out with a probation officer i was 13 but i dont think that makes a diff as long as your under 17 and dont have any priors youll prolly get a P.O. congratulations!

im hoping that you are a female as well as i couldnt see a man smashing a drink into a girls face. You should never assault and officer because if you are a girl officers will often let you go cause men like cat fights. It would be up to the girl you attacked to press charges. But since you hit a cop you'll be fighting city hall and you wont win.

Hopefully you know what you have done is wrong and you know the physical and mental problems you will cause that girl for a long long time are your fault.

The copper thing - you where pissed, and the natural instinct is to leg it BUT thats not saying what you did was right, hitting a copper is pretty shit as well - that will get you in more trouble than hitting the girl!! (which is shouldnt)
Im not meaning to sound nasty but you do sound like your bragging a bit, you proberly shouldnt do that

The sentance you get will depend on how the judge is feeling and if they are good - if they are you should get a good few years, if and when you do get sent down hopefully you can have a good think about hitting people and wether its a good idea or not.

At the end of the day its your fault and your fault only

Something in the back of my head always told me that it wasn't the greatest decision. Apparently, you're missing an important part of your brain. On the other hand... im amazed that it took 3 cops to take you down? Damn!! But that definitely doesn't make what you did right and I hope you realize that. i dont know where you live, but where i live you will definitely get locked up for assault against a civilian+ 2 counts of assault against police officers, its just a matter of how many years.....
