'Cracking' the trip

I get this empowering feeling when tripping lately whereby I have 'cracked' the trick behind the trip.. and it feels also like having cracked the trick behind sober reality.. I didnt think that I would solve the 'big puzzles' that i first encountered on psychedelics this early.. however I do not feel like I have come to the 'end' of any sort of quest. I feel merely at the beginning of my 'enlightened' journey... that is to say..I feel like there are a lot less questions (instead of more) and a lot more.. developing.. within this newfound world of interwining truths and realities. There is so much to articulate.. so many avenues to explore throughout my mortal life.

When the effect of the trip finnishes I lose some of the clarity..but I gain some too...

ps. I dont want to sound like 'oh ive found my answer and am set' because, instead, I just feel like ive found the way to see the answers better

The point of this post is that I am, like many, looking for other people who feel the same way as myself.. or similar

Well you posted exactly what I've been going through lately . . . I can say both "I get it now!" and also "There is actually so much to get that it becomes an exercise in futility trying to encapsulate it all into here, now, this sentence".

At first I was overwhelmed by the quality of the truths I was learning, but now that I'm used to the quality of it, I'm realizing that I'm overwhelmed by the quantity of these truths. There is just an infinity of truths to comprehend. Everything is interconnected, every thing, thought, place, time, energy, idea, person, being, and rock.

And yet, all this mental explosion is happening within a much smaller "context". Before acid I was drowning in so many questions . . . is there an afterlife . . . is there such thing as right/wrong . . . should i do X . . . is Y ever ok . . . etc etc

Now those are all so trivial to me, not only because I realize that my answer is good enough but because I realize I was missing a whole facet of reality . . . a much deeper, wider, older facet. beyond good and evil so to speak.

now i'm just practicing living

i am so, so happy . . . i've never been this happy, for such an honest, deep, and permanent reason. I could die right now and I would go with a big grin.

I get it: I get that whether or not I get it, it's ok.

 

mmm ancient struggles between good and evil.. the choice to include others in your will and being or to exclude them

 

we're all at different levels of this thing man, and nobody can claim they're above or below another. trust me when i say there is much left to learn. LSD is deceptive in it's unflinching honesty. You will be humbled, time and time again. Humility and patience are the path to enlightenment. Reason and understanding aren't concrete things, they evolve with your experience, and experience is something you will always have to gain.

But for now... welcome to the club!

 

lol yes clarity can be achieved in many many ways

 

Although no one can say that they are 'ahead' or 'behind' eachother (which is a stupid idea anyway since some people will get some parts and other people will get other parts - its not a simple matter of cumulative learning) the fact remains that some things baffle some people and dont baffle others. Those who arent baffled might have understanding, or they might just not care. Those who are baffled might simply be assuming something wrong which makes the baffle, or they might just not have seen an association yet.
there is still a difference amongst people as to how much they understand.. LSD makes things seem true.. that arent. So some could say that they are actually true, and everythin is true.. others say that nothin is true.. I take the latter stance but believe that we can still get closer and closer to truth. What I feel like I have worked out inside me is the understanding of why things 'seem' true and to what extent should we accept their truth when we know that nothing is actually 100% true, dispite all 'truths' appearing purely 'true'.

 

i learned to just let go. there are an infinite amount of things to 'get' -- to grasp them all is impossible, which also means that to grasp any of them is meaningless.

i find alot of peace in being able to just sit back and look at things, even if i don't understand them, and let them take me where i am supposed to go. there is peace in simplicity.

it's like laying back and watching the currents take me where i need to go.

 

if youre going to be a piece of driftwood then whats the point of thinking anything? if theres no point in thinking then whats the point in living? if theres no point in living then why hold yourself back from anything ever? I dont know anyone who doesnt hold themselves back from things.. thus I dont believe anyone when they say that they dont see a point to anything, or to understanding, etc.

 

i see the point to things, i just think that understand is in vain.

does understanding how a clock works really matter? no. you can still tell the time.

 

Well i consider that to be living life through other people and I think this just keeps us firmly planted in a constricted reality of assumptive submission. I try to understand everything, and so far it has been working for me. even if it takes time. Understanding things only ever gives us more control and options in life. We cant have full control over the universe - that would make us almighty god. Similarly we cannot understand everything. But just because we can never control the earth does not mean there is no point in learning how to control our own bodies, or how to function machines or craft/use tools.

 

Ok, but what if you want to build a clock?

 

There are many eyes looking at one thing from all the directions of possibilities and when these eyes decide to grow mouths then all confusion breaks loose. Stfu and take the ride I say. All that you speak is inconsequential to the vision that you just disturbed.

It is very possible and many people do not hold themselves back, they also get talked about as if is a shame that they died so young, or so violently, or oh what a tragic story it is. That is what it is, a life told by somebody still living, because they are too frightened to go over the edge, without the promise of return.

If you want to see then see, if you want to feel then feel, if you want to think then think. If you want to live then live and know as knowledge knows.
