That is finally summer now That God brought for us And now I am having a craving For diabetic Ice cream It has no sugar added So I can have as many As I want That is also a treat for me It is night time now It is too bad that the day is over I am going finally to sleep Tomorrow will be another day I will be up first thing in the morning Working for my Father Writing some poems
Quietly Stare --------------------------------------------------------- The wind outside is warm and wet the clouds scud silently North and West raindrops fall through gin clear air while I sit here and quietly stare and magpies out there rooting round for tiny tidbits in the ground too busy living to even care while I sit here and quietly stare the day is short now soon to be so short I won't be able to see the birds that fly round everywhere while I sit here and quietly stare --------------------------------------------------------- Happy Halloween everyone!
