Theres nothing like a good cry and and good laugh. Especially the laugh! Rolling around for 2 hours just laughing about nothing, and then laughing about laughing about nothing, and then laughing cause you know that your laughing about laughing about nothing, and then laugh because you know that your laughing because your laughing because you know that your laughing about laughing about nothing, and on, and on it goes! Muuauahahahahahahaa. But when the crying and the laughing stops... You are a changed man! You have been the witness, you have become the knowing! Haha, what a grand moment!!!
On further reflection, I said yes and I said no at the same moment. Laughing and crying were just symptoms.
Internal dissonance is quite hilarious, and if we fail to see that we bring ruin upon the peace of our soul. But of what place is it? For balance? Do we rid ourselves of this dissonance? I can't determine because most of the time it feels so natural, but it's similar to thinking twice. I don't want to think twice.
There is no purpose to dissonance and yes laughing and crying are to achieve balance. Our biological switching mechanism is binary, on or off, yes or no. Contradictions cannot be reconciled, we can only fashion conditions. Since we cannot contain contradiction, it tumbles out in laughter and tears. It is like overloading a capacitor, the excess is shunted off or the circuit breaker is tripped.
But as you perceive the static, form, that is how the world appears, full of static. We can't tune in to the clear signal, there are to many competing broadcasters.
"It's all about smiles and cries...Yeah. You gotta control your smiles and cries, because that's all you have and nobody can take that away from you. " what movie?
well i cheated and used google to get the EXACT quote i thought it was something like "all you have in life is your smiles and cries"
