Atrogan - some guys have watery cum, others thick, jelly-like cum, like yours. It could relate to diet. Do you have any pain in your testicles? You said no blood comes out, and you have been tested for STDs, so it must be something in your urethra. You can have a urologist put a scope up there to see what is going on. It is not painful. But see a doctor, as others have said.
