Here are some (somewhat contradictory) examples of why cumming on your partner's face might be arousing to various people:

A. Because it's dirty. This is hard to quantify, but I think it's the most common underlying motive for this fantasy. It's arousing because it's something many people would find gross, because it's very taboo.

B. Because your partner accepting your cum feels like they are accepting you. It tells you that your body is OK.

C. Because it's humiliating. Some people get off on humiliating others-- & some people get off on being humiliated. (Of course this is an acceptable sexual practice if & only if two such people are properly matched!)

D. Because you are being watched from close range as you cum. (A particular form of exhibitionism.)

E. Because it's messy. Sometimes being messy can feel very liberating.

Those are just a few reasons that come to mind. Particular people surely have their own idiosyncratic reasons for liking facials, either on the giving or the receiving end.

Yes, I too find it to be degrading...like you own the woman that you are with.
