Dave Grohl's drumming in Nirvana was wicked. He did it better than any previous drummer did it, even Chad Channing. His foo fighters days were pretty good. And the shit he did in Probot was fucking amazing! Hell yeah for dave grohl!

I love Dave Grohl. I saw him with the foos last year. It was so surreal. His scream is great, and it was legendary when he jumped on the drums at the end of the set. I was like "Oh my God! This is the drummer of Nirvana who I'm 10 feet away from!!"

I tend to find alot of celebrities annoying, but in the case of good ol dave I think it's mostly his annoying voice, the stupid things he says, and the way he carries himself... It probably also helps that I'm not a fan of the Foo Fighters, although I do think Nirvana rocked.

But hey, it's just my opinion... who really cares what I think, it's not like my opinions going to stop others from loving Grohl

I cannot stand his voice as it is.

    His lyrics are almost EMO....
But his drumming was amazing, he hit em hard in Nirvana (reason for Chad's leaving, he pissed all over him!) and in QOTSA, and he's not doing too bad for himself now either!
I preferred his attitude when he was in Nirvana compared to how he was now. A dope smokin, none shit giving maniac haha.

I went to high school with him, and a friend of a friend was his first drum teacher. I like him as a person, but I admit that I don't know him anymore.
He's a pretty decent drummer too.
