Tell me (or the whole forum) about all your dreams, fantasies and aspirations, and let me (or anyone) give you feedback.

I believe stongly, that feedback is of utmost importance to everyone;well, at least to me it is very much, but my rising is Libra, who needs it strongly.

However, I trust no one or very few people, and I can't help it. I interpret it to be that when you have really,really- long-term goals, anyone can jeopardize them even without even intending to do so; simply influencing you to waste your time can do that.

If you prefer more privately, then Pm me.
Also post your risng and/or moon.

I am no astrolger, neither do I aim to be one, and as it is, I have too many projects unfinished---- but knowing how the spheres influence you can never do any harm; and when I say fedback I mean no one has all the answers, but feeding back on ideas can generate more ideas.

Perhaps we can learn a lot from each other.

I guess I really want to have a happy/simple life. I want to own a home, I want to have a decent car. I want to get married, I want to find a perfect woman for me, who enjoys the things I do, and who can still have fun.

I want to keep working my way up in my current office job. I enjoy my daily routine of working, the working out, the doing some weed. I'd love to do this for the rest of my life...except with my own home and family.

I always Dream/Day Dream about one of three fantasys. Being given/winning mass amounts of money and investing in some realestate. Being an NHL hockey player, or having some kind of mental ablitys that will give me an edge and that I can use for success in my future.

Edit if you need this info or not :p: My name is Dave, Male, white, 6 feet tall 175lbs, 21 years old. Born January 16, 1986

Go for it all, and don't think (as we all do) that we can wait forever. Saving money and investing time in a particular skill can't hurt; and I mean investing, like not holding back. For me it has been music, from which I draw and extra income.

Hey Dave, thats very close to what I dream too.

Im Khairul Sofri, Male 22. Sun and Moon in Capricorn, ascendant in Gemini.

I go for stability and security in life. A comfortable house of my own, a car and a good amount of money in the bank :D

Career wise, Id like to climb myself up and being very good at what I do. I am a broadcast designer and I can see myself successful in future but right now its alot of hardwork.

I feel once I am comfortable with my successful future and secure in finance, setting up a good family wont be a problem.

Dreams of becoming a very well known filmmaker and artist. But right now I feel very insecure of my finance status.

    How abt you Hari?

I fullfilled my travelling and hobo ambitions, after quiting three bands back in the seventies, now I'm working on building financial freedom again.Wanted to travell and I did, but to satisfy my Sun sign I need top get
higher income from my Music by sellling Cd's and perhaps giving large concerts. It's slow, but there is progress, and better slow and steady than fast and collapsable.

Hari, i was in three bands too in the past but bands just dont work out for me. Yes slow and steady is the way bro. How old are you anyways? They say caps get better with age and sorta age backwards. Would be great to hear from a much older capricorn here. :)

Age is 57... and yes I get better even phisically, which is kind of amazing since you expect to get weaker with age and such.

Bands are an absolute waste of time, and bring nothing but heartache....I'm glad to have tasted that, at least to know that is not for me.
My ambition from the first was more towards being a studio musician, and I did practice and learnt a lot on my own, so when one of my friends heard they needed a lead guitarrist he would ask me to go audition.

I made absolutely no money with the first two bands, but with the last we were getting paid twice a week.

I had dreams of travelling, so I had to give it all up and at least see how the rest of America was like, so that was a trip that lasted twenty years.
I did next to nothing of music those days, but now it's a 24/7, and I'm not exagerating.

That is true about physical well being. At 18 till 20 i had a mild athritis, yes I was very weak in the knees. But when i was 21 i joined the army, got into one of the elite unit and later on took up speedskating. I started taking part in races too and got sponsorship. It feels normal but when I evaluate, i feel its alot of progress.

Its cool you pick things up on your own. I think most capricorns do that too. Maybe i would travel alot too when Im 50.

Caps have trouble with knees, I have hit mine more times that I can count.

Actually I ended my travelling at before fifty. My last journey was in 95 when I travelled alone through big sur California on a bike. Then I lived in about five temporary places before I settled where I live now, a place not logical to ever leave since it is max security. I did take one more trip to Europe, and looked around Spain for while.

Yeah i usually never go in this forum but i saw this and it is my sign so i will participate.

I am very much like the OP and darkain, i just want a simple life and to never work if i don't have to, of coarse i will have to so i hope to get into the business of real estate to make good money. but I would love to be a traveller, I love tropical places. I love doing extreme things like snowboarding surfing and mountain biking, anything with speed and excitement/adrenaline I really hope to go skydiving someday, and then when i get tired i like to spend my time video gaming. At some point ill prolly get married or some shit although its not a big priority now.

And my dream would be a proffesional street racer

Im a pisces but half of my chart is in CAp. including my rising sign. My dreams are getting towards the "glamorous" life i supose. I look at all the fancy things and want them, i want a fast car, and a big house up in the hills, i love to travel, i love chicago, which was really weird cause i was reading 'Everything you need to know about Astrology' and caps favorite places to go was including chicago. Im a go getter, when i want something i go for it and if i fail, i get miserably depressed but face it and try again. Im very hardheaded, and i need to be loved at all times and im also very caution about my knees and feet

I met a Pisces today as soon as as I set up to play; she asked me if she could take pics and I let her. We exchanged business cards, and talked about a few things related to work and stuff.

I like making friends with Pisces, since they are very mysterious in many ways.

Speaking of Chicago, that is where my niece resides, and she has fulfilled her material desires beyond anyone's expectations. She owns about fifty homes, and has some in Texas where she rents them at the beach weekly or monthly. I love her more than even my sisters. She is a Scorpio, another of my favorite signs. Though I need to mention that that kind of responsability can be very taxing (physically and mentally speaking).

Apologies in advance- this will be long. I'm the type of person who draws comfort in the semi permanence of writing out my goals online.

I'm a 19 year old female cap (12/31/87) with a Libra rising and Taurus moon. I'm also the epitome of a female INTJ if anyone follows Myers Briggs.

    Short term goals:
Succeed in the next 3 years of college in order to get into the Peace Corps working simultaneously for a master's degree in either sustainable development, development studies, water policy, Latin American social movements (or, you know, thereabouts). After that, I'd like to move right into a MPP or MPA degree focusing on water policy at the best school I can get into (with any amount of luck and hard work, either Harvard or Georgetown) so I won't have to worry about job prospects in a sort of narrow field. :p

Along those lines, I also want to make the most out of study abroad. I'll spend next year split between southern Mexico and Bolivia studying, improving my Spanish (with the goal to be fluent), and researching things that can only be experienced by existing in those areas. I'm actively searching for an internship abroad as well- this coming summer in an English speaking country/office (could do a Spanish speaking country if the work was in English) and the following summer could be in Spanish. Right now I'm sending out applications to the UN, Oxfam, Human Rights Watch, and Amnesty International- specifically for their London offices- and am looking for other smaller NGOs or research opportunities in England as well.

On a different note, health wise I have a lot of work to do. I've lost 20 of the 85 pounds I want to lose, but was recently diagnosed with celiac disease and chronic fatigue. So in that way, my goals are to focus on my diet- making sure I am diligent about avoiding gluten and dairy (which I am allergic to) in all forms in my diet. I'm also pesco-vegan (meaning I eat fish but no other meat product- I'm sensitive to grain fed and hormone drenched meats and eggs) and am trying to stay as tight to those dietary changes as possible while still eating food in a dorm cafeteria. This is an accomplishment in of itself!

It's funny that Caps are known for knee problems- mine are ALL in my ankles! My knees are perpetually bruised, but they're so tough at this point that I don't even feel it.

    Long term goals:

As a career goal, I want to work as a consultant for a large corporation's corporate responsibility division. This sounds like such a cop out, but I feel like I could do a lot of good- plus some of the best research in things like resource management and the effects that has on local populations are coming out of these divisions. Other possibilities are working in the State Department or Peace Corps administration, becoming a professor, or working for a large human rights focused NGO or nonprofit.

I suppose a simple life is the furthest thing from my mind. :p I don't necessarily seek out a life that's exciting, but the only calling I have is to work internationally (specifically Latin America, because it's what I know best) to help people. I'm still looking for a way where that won't seem paternalistic or imperialistic, because that's not what I want to be at all!

I'd also like to have a large- by today's standards- family at some point, however the life I will live is not exactly conducive to marriage. I'm open to adopting children rather than having them biologically and will definitely have foster children when I'm an "empty nester". However, I will not have children unless I am beyond what the average person would call financially secure. I don't want to spoil my kids, but I won't have children unless I am beyond certain that I will be able to provide for college for each of them and they won't want for things that I couldn't get growing up- like music lessons, foreign language lessons, etc etc. Not the best walking, talking robot doll or anything like that. Financial security for my future children's sake is an important part of my ambitions.

I would like to live in Mexico or the American Southwest because I am drawn to adobe houses (not practical in all of Mexico, of course :p) and the fact that they are so easily green-ified. If not there, perhaps a medium sized city in Latin America (like La Paz, Puebla, or Oaxaca), suburbs of London, Geneva, or even staying in New England. Part of the life path I have chosen, however, means I'll probably have very little choice in where I live. That's OK with me though as the travel will put me on a sort of permanent "study abroad". :p

Yeah.. sorry that's long. I could go on but I need to learn to self-censor a bit better.

I can see that the mix of Libra and Taurus rising can make you the super-driven person that you are acording to all I read here.

My moon is in Gemini and my rising is Libra, and being born also on the 31st
(Dec 31, 12 am, day of Aesthetic promotion) makes me hard-driven almost to the point of madness.

I am Glad to know another industrious Cap who knows what they want, and
I admire someone so young and so ambitious with a life-plan.

I my case, I did take a grand detour in the sixties, but when I found out how we are (by reading about astrology) then I accepted my ambitious side instead of thinking that I was weird (by hippie standards).

To this point I have fulfilled most of my ambitions, but there are some that are still forthcoming, since I never stop working or improving my skills. Sometimes I get overwhelmed with so much at stake, but when I relax, I relax hard also.

In the area that I can be of assistance to you, would be questions about Spanish, since Spanish is my first language. Let me know how well you are doing with that.

Everyone is welcome to comment and to post; but if you have a Cap moon or rising, then even better..If you know a cap, or if anyone is one in your family, it would be nice to hear how you see them too.

As we get more aquainted how the world sees us, and become more strong in our independence and assertions, we can thus succeed both in the financial world and in the personal too. Hard to balance those two sometimes, but unless we do, we will reach many goals but never happinness.
