Okay, well I like to follow two step process...lol. After showering I apply one of those salt stones (NOW brand) to wherever I might sweat. Afterward, I put on Tom's of Maine.

i wouldnt use anti-perspirant of any kind, if you use it for too long the toxins under your armpits build up and you can get really sick.

This is a myth, no scientific evidence to support this of any kind. It would be true, theoretically, if you applied a very, very strong antipersperant to a very large portion of your body. Just applying it under your arms and/or on sweaty palms is no problem. Any "toxins" would just be released from nearby pores/sweatglands. Also, if you had to sweat to release toxins, what would happen to people living in extremely cold climates?

Try CertainDri, and antiperspirant you put on at night, then use your favorite Deodorant/antipersperant during the day.

If there is no CertainDri available in Canada, as sometimes the brand names differ, as your doctor or pharmacist for a liquid, roll-on antipersperant containing about 10% aluminum chloride.
