He's fucking amazing! His music is really original, witty, emotional, and he sounds like a mixture of folk/sixties music in general/and coolness.

first i have heard of him...where can i hear his tunes?

 

I just got into Devendra not to long ago ... all thanks to some fellow hipforumers. I had no idea he was putting on a show in Maryland ... I would freakin love to go. He was playing here in Philly a few weeks back but the show was sold out.

Anyone who hasn't heard his music should really check him out ...

i love that man i've loved him ever since i first heard "rejoicing in the hands". that album is one of my all time favs...he's made some great music now, but i wonder how his music will progress in the next several years. he's really amazing
