I tried searching for any topics about this instrument but surprisingly no one's posted anything. I'd like to learn more about how to play the diddley bow and how it's made so I can make my own if anyone has any good links, experience or information they could lend me that'd be awesome. Should be real cheap & easy to make dude, first make a body and attach a neck. Then you have to install a bridge and headstock w/tuning peg, and get a string on there (is it one string?). Now you have a really sweet sort of banjo instrument. Then you need to buy a pickup, and optionally install a 1/4 inch jack, and get an amp and some fuzz, and drink and smoke all fuckin' day. ha i find it funny how he is tuning, because it's a one string one man band, ahah props on evil dead 2 skull too, made me smile
