ewwwwww the band Disturbed is coming here. I can't stand this band but my best friend loves them and I DO owe her a concert or two since she took me to see Kid Rock and Prince so i guess i am going (yippee-sarcastically said) damn i am soooooooooo not looking forward to seeing them. I will most definately have to buy some ear plugs or something to drown out the screaming lyrics. has anybody had to go to a concert and not really liked the band?
hehe i used to like that band.... will there be any good opening acts at least? something you can enjoy while you're there?
she doesnt know who else is going to play with them. its a stand up concert in some refurbished department store and i hear that it gets really hot, but who knows maybe i should just give it a chance and try and enjoy it.
You might be able to look up who's opening for them on ticketmaster.com or disturbed's official website (if they have one). I'm sure you'll have a bit of fun no matter what.
they are one of the few bands who i was pleasently surprised with when i saw them at ozfest a few years ago. then ozfest stopped coming up here
I saw disturbed when they opened up for Drowning Pool when their singer was still alive. it was allright.
their bald headed singer is dead? or was there one before that? I hear the lead singer is homosexual. (doesnt matter if he is)
ouuwww ah ah ah ah They put up a good show. IT was full of energy thats for damn sure. just look out for the migrating mosh pits. youll get sucked into it before youknow it.
ok so who is ill Nino and 10 years, thats who playing with them. I spose $22 isnt so bad to pay for the concert.
I dont know who 10 years is but Ill Nino is pretty good. I got their album "confession". Theyre noisier than disturbed, but really beat intensive. i think theyre mexican too cuz they speak spanish in some of their songs.
hmmmmmmmm? when i was 18 (many many years ago) when my hair was dyed blue, and i had the good ol crop top, i wouldnt have cared about the mosh pits. but now that I am old, and have children, i definately hope i dont get caught up in one.
I dont know too many forty year old women who would want to get into the middle of a bunch of 20 year old men beating each other up.
But if you said its in a department store, im sure youll be allright. even at an arena, they would have enough sense not to throw you in there. I got thrown in once and i fell on my face. people are cool though cuz They will help you back up and not trample you (most of the time
Hell if she wants to get in one, more power to her. I dont even really like them. Ill tolerate it for about 2 minutes then be like "ok im done'
