I know that this may sound absolutely ridiculous, but I do believe that after using DMT a few times that it has improved my vision. What I mean by this is not that it improves my 'eye sight', for example if I need glasses or contact lenses but simply that everything appears more alive and more defined. I seem to appreciate how everything has it own unique colour and shape. My imagination seems to run wild whether it be staring at a car light or looking out at the countryside in the sunshine. I have also realized this after the days of taking a few acid tabs. These psychedelics have well and truly opened my mind to the true beauty of the world. It as though they have got into my head and said 'just look... look at everything!' I find myself sitting at my bedroom window sometimes which is only facing a Lidl supermarket and other houses on my street. I'll sit there in the afternoon and find myself admiring how awesome the brickwork looks with the sun shining against it. I'm sure this isn't me just trying to be appreciative of everything now I have had such an experience. What I'm saying is that the experience made me learn to see things for what they really are... beautiful! They are a fragment of my imagination. There is no way of knowing that I haven't created my own reality, rather than the world finding me. Does anyone know what I mean? Remember the red hot chilli pepper's lyrics in Can't Stop... 'Ever wondered if it's all for you?' I really believe that it is! Everyone should believe that they are everything, rather than them just believing that they are 'something' in a world of everything. Think about it, you've just spoken to your mom or your dad... did you not just create that reality? Life itself just absolutely fascinates me. It is a scientific and yet a spiritual miracle that we are all here, experiencing a very similar reality. DEBATE?
it happens.. ive had improved eye sight from psychedelics. it does diminish over time tho. I wouldnt get overly excited.
Psychedelics have helped me grow an appreciation for the beauty in the world and make me more interested in various intricacies and what not. I've had almost an opposite reaction in regards to self importance tho. I've tended to feel my ego tested and less significant on some of my initial trips and more powerful trips. I've done a good amount of reading on various drugs, I've always associated ego boosting and meglomania type affects with drugs like crystal meth, I haven't really felt that way on many Psychedelics.
