Do Americans see the world in Black and White?

E.g:

Subject: Swine flu.

American A: "Fuck man, they are going to have us all vaccinated against our will, herded up into trucks probably...get your guns ready dudes...martial law is comin'."

American B: "I don't give a shit, man."

(I'm presuming most Americans use the term "man" when they speak.")

(This IS a serious question by the way.)

I'm looking at this forum and I only generally see two positions.

The e.g I gave: I don't see many, if any, Americans saying: I do give a shit, but I'm calm with it all...I'll read all the evidence out there and come to some reasonable conlusions...with a hint of caution for good measure.

* America, Netherlands, a village in the Netherlands
* América, Tamaulipas, Mexico

If you dont come from one of them, you are not american.
