I dont eat that much anymore, maybe once or twice a day, and even then I really cannot call my style of eating 'healthy'. I like the Chinese buffet (not sure if I believe the one I go to has no MSG's.) and McDonalds.
No it doesn't because you can get food poisoning from something seemingly healthy like fish if it's not prepared/refrigerated correctly.
I also voted in the poll I got it because I keep on eating at this very cheap restaurant here (2$ for a huge ass steak with veggies and crap)... and I'm finally paying for it.
I'll eat anything thats not covered in mold.....or fish, dont eat fish..or menudo, reminds me of horse other than that i eat pretty healthy at least one or two meals a day
I try to have dead animal during every meal. Thats not always possible. I try to diversify my diet as much as i can, but I would say i eat "hearty" more than "healthy"
I would say for the most part yes. I do eat some junk food here and there, but for the most part I would say my diet is pretty good.
i used to be a health freak until a friend introduced me to mary jane...my diet now consists of what ever is on the 99 cent menu
I drink more then I should, but other then that I eat very healthy. If I drank gatorade instead of beer I'd be set.
I maintain a very healthy diet: Protein: Dairy, turkey, chicken, fish (beef or pork on occasion) Carbohydrates: Whole grains (no white flour) and vegetables (which carry a minimal amount of carbs) I have eliminated corn and potatoes because they are high in starch, which has the same effect as white flour and is actually worse than eating pure sugar) Fruit: All fruit with the exception of bananas (the starch again) Water: I need to drink this more often than I do I do not eat processed, packaged or fast food that contains trans fatty acids (hydrogenated oils) which raise LDL cholesterol (the bad cholestrol) and clog arteries.
