Me too. It's like it's trying to kill you and if you don't fight it you'll be dead for sure. My experiences stopped 11 years ago. Do you still get it and do you see the black light phenomena(some call them ghosts lol).

Yeah every now and again.. the 'ghost' thing was when i was younger too .. probably a reflection of a child hood fear of the 'boogey man' that most people get.. Now it is Death... wich i suppose is a adult 'boogey man'.. Though i bet 'death' is a women   :p

ok...think i'm a 3. idiopathic insomniac... never needed more than 4 hrs a night...except sometimes it builds up on me if i get less and then i dont recover till i've had a couple of straight 4's again...never have an alarm clock and i'm out of bed before my eyes are open..if i'm aware i'm awake i'll literly stumble downstairs to the coffee pot bumping into everything...and i have the bruises to prove it...:)... nothing wrong with me..its just my body clock i guess...

    21....

    1. Psychophysiological insomnia

People with psychophysiological insomnia react to situations that are psychologically stressful with bodily tension or other physical complaints, and they learn to associate certain things with emotions that prevent sleep. People with this disorder typically have a focused absorption on their sleep problems, which itself interferes with sleep.

1 and 5, maybe. I hate learning about disorders, the more I learn the more crap I think I have. I do have 1 for sure, but 5, the oversleeping to ridiculous amounts has only happened a couple times in my life, usually during the summer.
