I grew up with my dad in the army. I was born in a army hospital. I work at a place that makes gloves for the army. And im 100% against war........
The first two things doesn't matter at all, they are right nor wrong . The third thing is something you decide. I'm against war as well, but if I liked that job I wouldn't make a big deal out of it though
Im an army brat, and 100% against war. It's not your choice that you were born into a military family, and so you're making gloves, not ammo.....nothing wrong with it IMO
I don't think making gloves is incredibly wrong. You're not supporting the war, or making things that kill people. I wouldn't worry about it, it's alright.
Nothing to really worry about, true enough. But at the end of the day you have a hand in army gear. Years down the line you could see an image of a soldier firing a gun and see that he's wearing gloves you made and it could make yah snap or something.
Not every combat is offensive, sometimes you´re in the war because you must (not want). But if you have a bad feelings (maybe you know how is the character of your country) try to find a new job.
Gloves are part of the military equipment as much as guns, they all are combined for one reason, war !!
It’s not necessarily wrong in of it’s self, but the fact that it bothers you is an indicator that it’s wrong for you. Face it life is too short to spent 8 hours a day doing something that makes you feel like this. I’d find another job that you feel good about doing.
