Meeting with my tat artist on Friday to discuss this piece and get his input then make an appointment. I drew this concept up. It makes me smile. :)
    I'm pretty excited about it!

Oh that's quite nice :) A not-so-obvious combination of two things that can be rather obvious choices. Cool :)

    Thanks everyone :)
Yeah, it's gonna be pretty painful..I have a few tricks up my sleeve tho. And I have a decently high pain tolerance for needles.

*Edit* Hey this is my 1,000th post! :)

I've got my entire rib cage done, it's not as bad as everyone says.

I've never had the ribs done, but I had a little bit done on my collar bone and just assumed it was hella painful. (Then again, the one on my collar was my first tattoo)

it balanced really nicely and i agree the colors will look great. you should consider more flowers, but other than that i cant wait to see the finished project.

Thanks for all the positive feedback everyone! Yeah, I have one on my collar bone as well. It didn't hurt too bad...stung a bit a some points. I bet the ribs will hurt more but I'm not too concerned as none of my tats have ever "hurt"...just more of a slight discomfort.
And LoriBaby that is really pretty...it's def all about the vibrant colors :)

..Oh and I'm gonna let my tattoo artist do his own thing with this drawing as a concept. He does some amazing work and I'm sure he will make it look fantastic. I will post some pics once I get it done.

Heh, that looks pretty fuckin sweet :D

Gonna be hopefully getting one done soon, various people owe me money so when I've collected I'll have the cash to go get a proper design done as opposed to my fucking-around in photoshop ;)

lol After a few weeks of fucking around in Photoshop, I actually picked up a pencil for the first time in ages and in five minutes did something hundreds of times better then what I'd come up with after hours of vectoring - doh :D

    Me + pencils don't mix ;)

Trust me, my photoshop skills are many times better than my drawing skills :p

I'm hindered in drawing by a lack of fine motor control :p

Do you reckon if you're a tattoo artist with unsteady hands, the shakes would be cancelled out by the vibrations? They'd have to be timed right I guess haha :p

Not too good if you're in sync with your needles, hehe :p
I don't get the shakes, my hand just doesn't go where I intend it..

    (wait, that sounded bad)
