Well, is it not customary for dreadlocks to be created for the hair to remain unwashed? Or have I been misled?
You have been mislead.. washing frequently helps locking up so much, I wash 2-3 times a week, just as I did with my straight hair. Not washing, would make it harder to lock up, and greasy and gross. Research first, there is way too much misinformation out there. Dreads are just as clean as straight hair.
For real though, in case you actually didn't know, people with dreads wash their hair too. Shocking, I know.
Uneducated when it comes to dreadlocks, but by no means retarded. I guess you do not care to educate me. I understand.
It's generally a good practice when posting in a new forum to check out the stickied threads. They usually answer a lot of basic questions like this.
not to mention your obvious attempt to cause shit...theres only hundreds of threads about dread care and washing
if you really believed people with dreads do not wash their hair, and do not for 2, 3, 4 + years, that is shameful.
Yes, because of all the already many different thread topics, one has the opportunity to wade through yet many boards on a single topic.
Stickied threads are the ones in each forum that stay at the top. The feature is used to keep the more important or useful threads in plain view where they're easy to find. It's also helpful to prevent constant new threads on the same topics.
Haha... You hug people that cared to explain why you're so wrong, but you initially came here to *basically* insult us because of our supposed "dirty dreads" that you dislike? No. Your words are not okay. And, yes, we DO expect people to read on the board they are going to degrade people on before they blindedly do so.
