i already have one of my dream jobs and my dreads are encouraged and once i graduate from my paramedic program i will be a paramedic firefighter and chances are i wont have to cut my dreads depending what station i work at but i would cut my dreads if i was offered my dream job duh.. i can always grow it back later

I have my dream job, and I've had many really good jobs, and none of them were influenced by my choice of hairstyle. It's only an issue if you make it one...
you're an artist yes jimnuggits? that's easy then. Seems like most dready people work as artists, musicians, jobs like that. I work in a professional field. Offices etc. At least right now. So yes, my dreads would be an issue.
I'm also a teacher, and that is a professional field too. It's been my experience that if you're good at what you do, your appearance isn't that important.
nope, wont even go through with kemo therapy because i will loose my locks (Not the only reason but one of them) my motto is no dreads, no service.
My job isn't my"dream job," buts it's not bad and my dreads are not an issue. I wouldn't cut my hair for any job.
I would like to be a successful touring musician. So if say my publicist told me I should cut my locks, I would consider it I guess but only if I thought it was right, too.
