Dreams are often symbolic but can reflect real things that are happening, going to happen and even have happened in history.

Fore example go back and see the crucifixion of Christ or be a soldier in the civil war. See the future of earth long after the exit of humanity and its reverting to nature. Only the owl cries then

Yes i think there are different types of dreams, or ways of dreaming. Some are neither here nor there and seemingly meaningless random stuff, others are deep and symbolic, and others are more literal and real world.

they can but they don't have to. just like a cigar sometimes being just a cigar. the places we are in when we dream are sometimes just place to explore, to gratify the need all creatures have for exploring. especially if and when that's not something we get to do enough of when were awike. but also conversely as well, when we do and have that sense of being inspiered, what that word means to me anyway, which has nothing to do with how beliefs use it, more like how artists do, which is two different things, by doing so.

not all dreams are trying to tell us something. sometimes they are, but sometimes the're just like totally fully sensory massively emersive massively multiplayer alternative universes. like being awaike someplace else, and then being asleep there and awaike here.

just places. other places to explore.
