When I drink, which is rare....I usually end up getting drunk and I see nothing wrong with that, it's always my intention of getting drunk, why else would I drink? You don't use a drug if you're not planning on it having an effect on you rite? If I wasn't aiming to get drunk I would just drink something else

I used to be a street corner drinker. got tipsy and met people, it was amusing. but i got bored of it (and of the taste of cheap wine and malt liquor). too much bad-sides. now i thrive on stress but i'll definately get smashed at a party.
but you can drink for the initial rush (not to get drunk). it's not some random bullshit. alcohol at low doses liberates serotonin and turns some stress into positive stress (but destroys it all after a while).

i stoped drinking to get drunk now i just drink socialy like if im over a friends house i always have a couple brandys not enough to get drunk just two or three

I can't stand this whole mentality that exists. The one where peope drink for the sake of it, like getting smashed and bitch about hangovers but do it again the next night. It is the most idiotic way of thinking and makes teens and older people look and sound like the most unintelligent people around. Those who drink because it's cool and ignorant, those who think non-drinkers are boring are arrogant. If you want to drink then fine but i wish some wouldn't be so stupid and careless with themselves and others. Think before you drink.
