mine is suspended, but i didn't find out until like a month after it got suspended, you'd think that they'd tell you as soon as possible so you can know not to drive. but no, i'm just glad that i haven't got pulled over and had lack of knowledge due to lack of info. damn government

That sucks man, I am sorry. They are supposed to notify you when that happens. Then again, you should have also been aware that you were in jepardy of loosing your licence. However, I can also agree that things like that can get lost in the mail. I get stuff from them all the time. Now you need to make sure you get it back as soon as possible.

It just pays to have a good driving record. I know what you mean though that would have sucked if you got pulled over for something stupid and then they would arrest you for driving on a suspended licence and no way to get home. However, this is the way that they see it. It's your job to keep track of the status of your licence, not theirs other than to fuck you over. This system has built in fuck ups like that in order so that they can charge huge fines. It's just one of the ways they make money off of you.
