drug test

I have a court meeting on monday, and I smoked on tuesday morning.

two questions.

1) Will they test me there? I think its just a meeting to get all my information, and they're gonna schedule a court date then, but will they test me?

2) if they do, will I pass? I walk about 3 miles a day, I'm 125 pounds and 5' 10". I took two niacin pills that my friend gave me, but I just want to be sure.

I'm gonna drink a lot of green tea the next few days, and maybe walk to school a longer route to help burn some away.

fuck risking it, I'm gonna buy some detox stuff today.

 

why did you smoke if you knew you had this? I assume they didnt schedule you that quickly...

 

I got arrested july 31st and I got the letter last friday.

I really don't know why I smoked, I just wasn't really thinking about it at the time, but after I smoked I realized how fucked I might be.

but I heard from a kid whose been in a similar scenario that they just take my information and tell me the court date (which he said probably wont be for like 2 months) and don't test me or anything.

 

Play it safe so you don't get fucked over if they do

 

yeah, all these people are telling me they wont test me on monday but I definatly don't wanna take that chance.

and plus, I'm kindof enjoying this break from weed, its making me feel a little more sane.

I was walking around town and the cops stopped me and two friends because they thought we were starting fires at this one park. They asked if we had lighters and my friend said he had his, so they started going through all of our pockets and found my bowl.

 

i cant believe this is asked nearly everyday. read the countless threads of drug tests man. its not hard.

 

dude your cool..... their not going to test you... if you were popped for drugs their gunna issue you a sentence... and send you on your way... only way your gunna get tested is if you cop a plea and get sentenced to out patient treatment and then they just wanna find out whats in yoursystem then will give you randoms til your off probation..

I was asking something specific to my offense, I wasnt just asking if I was going to beat my drug test.

 

You shouldn't worry. they won't test you just for going to court, but if you're on a parole arrangement they may require drug testing as a condition of the parole.

 

they did end up testing me.

I failed.

but it doesnt matter, as long as the THC level in my urine goes down instead of up.

 

damn, that sucks.

if you're that skinny and took all of those precautions to detox, that's really surprising that you failed.
