If you, say, just felt like taking a drug. Which would you take and why? xanax, valium, adderall, weed, or mushrooms?
Good old cannabis is pretty much my thing. Occasionally I like acid, mushrooms, ecstacy, or any other mind-altering substance I can get my hands on. Of course I like my alcohol, too, but that doesn't really count.
Out of only those options? I'd put the xanax, valium, and adderall in the medicine cabinet, for when you actually need them. I'd smoke weed, and DEPENDING ON THE SETTING, take the mushrooms. If you mean, if I could take any drug at this time, I'd like some 2cb and a couple joints, for a psychedelic but chill evening.
I don't think I'd take the shrooms without planning on going somewhere. Somewhere fun but managable. But that's bearing in mind that I've never had an active dose of shrooms. The pharms can be fun, but are evil. I say smoke weed.
Right now? DMT MDMA Cocaine? Only if I could get something of good quality like I used to in Santo Domingo. I'd need some alcohol to go along with that too. I'd even take some addies. They affect me in a very euphoric, loving way. What I really would like to take is mushrooms or LSD, but I need to be away from my kid for that. The last time, even John being sober and Sophia sleeping, I felt the need to constantly be checking that she was ok. John just kept saying "trust me, she's fine!". I'd also like to take something that I've never taken, because I'm a curious cat. I smoked weed on Mother's day and it was great, but it made me terribly non-functional. It was a waste of a day. I really shouldn't smoke it, I love the feeling, but I can't interact with the outside world when I'm high. I can, but it's more complicated and confusing than it needs to be.
Of those options, in order of preference, considering you are on your own. mushrooms weed valium adderall. I prefer adderall when I'm surrounded by people or I have something to do. I've never taken xanax, but I can't say if I would.
I've eaten a handful of shrooms in a bar before. I can take them anywhere at anytime, if the setting starts buggin me out I just abruptly leave and go wander.
Word. Weed has helped me realize over the years how much people suck. Actually, psychedelics in general.
I don't see mushrooms as being a social drug. I think is a waste of the experience, you can be completely fine, but I feel like it defeats the point. If you want to go to a bar, go drink or take some e or do some coke.
Mushrooms are intended for the outdoors and nature. I feel they are best done alone, or with one other person, but only someone you're very close to.
Well let me back up and rephrase here. Someone at the bar told me to hold out my hand, and dropped them in it. So I ate them lol. I agree about the nature thing, I usually go on bike rides or sit outside somewhere. And nice, concise list acuarela
Fall is the best season for mushroom tripping, IMO, because of the colors. Spring, too, because of its pastoral, reawakening quality. To me, when the weather is the most temperate and comfortable, coupled with idyllic surroundings, that is the best time to trip.
I don't think they're necessarily meant to be taken outdoors and in nature, it's just nice to do so. I do agree that alone is good, with someone you're close to is even better. It sounds weird, but I think the insane mushroom trip John and I had has been the foundation of our relationship and why everything has been known since that day between us. I've also taken them out and about, not in bars, but in public places and while riding in the back of a pick up truck while the driver was on them too. I was young and dumb, but in those sort of scenarios, I feel like it doesn't affect you the same way. It just makes you giggly and silly and doesn't take you all the way. I'm also very much convinced that mushrooms in DR are way weaker than here, although I've only taken them three times there and twice here. There, I always drank the tea. Here, I ate them. Although the 2nd time here, it was the same as there, but again I was surrounded by a group of people and there was music and a fire. Maybe what made the experience different was not being able to go all the way because of the distraction of social interaction, is hard to say. I need to investigate the matter further.
It gets cold here in the winter, but we don't have seasons like up north. My favorite time to trip is dead summer on the beach at night with bikes and music. And dogs. Stop and float in the water, then get back on the bikes and cruise.
