Well I'm in a winter sport and I've been sober since november 17th.. Long time for me and I want to ask if anyone else have done things while in sports and have noticed any differences... I'm debating if I should do drugs or not. Please just share what you think and past experiences if you have any
Depends on the sport and what is at stake. If you are just throwing a foot ball around with friends then yeah go for it. But if you are in a skiing tornement or something were win and losing counts, then nothing more than a multi vitamin and an energy drink like red bull. Depending on the drug and dosing, most at recreational levels will space you out alot and cause a decrease in your abbilitys....Protine drinks and supplements are the best drugs for athletic improvement...
