I think we should write a song, those who play instruments can come up with instrument parts, and those who don't should come up with lyrics. We started this in the write a story forum, but it didn't really go far. I know it sounds dumb, but let's try
why the war why the pain why the solders who die in vain where's the peace where's the love where's the vision of the Woodstock dove
ants ants i got ants in my pants im gonna do a little dance all the way to france lets all take a chance. and get down tonight. *i need someone for the guitar solo*
smoke it toke it just dont choke it pass it puff it wow what a rough hit share it wheres it? lets all grow it
I feel that some people are counting and depending on me and borrowing things and breaking them, and then borrowing some more.
Boom! crash! crash! boom! bam! pumbumbadumpumbamdugudugudugubRRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAK bugUSSSSSSH! (drum solo)
why the war why the pain why the solders who die in vain where's the peace where's the love where's the vision of the Woodstock dove where is Janis where's The Band who's gonna sing 'bout sharing the land who's gonna sing 'bout peace and love where's the vision of the Woodstock dove
G why the war C why the pain G why the solders C who die in vain D where's the peace A where's the love C where's the vision G of the Woodstock dove G where is Janis C where's The Band G who's gonna sing C 'bout sharing the land D who's gonna sing A 'bout peace and love C where's the vision G of the Woodstock dove their that sounds good. its the simpelest thing I could think of
Wow, that truly was beautiful. I'm trying to think up a chorus. EDIT: All I got was Tell me when did the power of love become null When did hatred corrupt our souls What ever happened to peace and love Why have we forsaken that Woodstock dove
thats pretty good. Just get rid of the words "Tell me" because it screws up the fluidity of the whole thing. Sounds more like a verse tho, so I'll add it as a verse and try to come up with a chorus. Am I've got a feeling Em It isn't over G We'll see Peace D Before The End Am and in the Scarlett Em skies of October G The Woodstock Dove D will fly again and then another verse G when did the power C of love become null G When did hatred C corrupt our souls D What ever happened A to peace and love C Why have we forsaken G that Woodstock dove
OK, so the whole song goes, WOODSTOCK DOVE Why the war why the pain why the solders who die in vain where's the peace where's the love where's the vision of the Woodstock dove (Chorus) I've got a feeling It isn't over We'll see Peace Before The End and in the Scarlet skies of October The Woodstock Dove will fly again Where is Janis where's The Band who's gonna sing 'bout sharing the land who's gonna sing 'bout peace and love where's the vision of the Woodstock dove (Chorus) I've got a feeling It isn't over We'll see Peace Before The End and in the Scarlet skies of October The Woodstock Dove will fly again When did the power of love become cold when did hatred corrupt our souls what ever happened to peace and love why have we forsaken that Woodstock dove (Changed null to cold, it seemed to fit better with souls)
Beautiful. I'm glad to, even thought my part was minor, have contributed. Good job to you two for the rest of it.
