ready. here we go. Sign up for E-gold through their website. Now you have to fund that e-gold account. In order to fund it you need to find a company of which to do this for you. This is very easy and there are many, I personally use instantgold.net. You chose a payment method in which to pay this company to fund your e-gold account. I chose to pay by money order. You send them a money order for the amount of E-gold you want, plus an extra fee specified by the company funding the account (instantgold usually charges 10 dollars)(make sure to put in a bit extra for e-gold transaction charges). They will then fund your e-gold account and you can go ahead and order all the drugs you want.
