I'm convinced its fake because they didn't actually mention my E-bay username and the E-mail address is "eBay" <aw-upd@ebay.com> which is nothing like the normal address. E-bay also say they will never ask for your details. I just scared some people might actually give their details to the **** that wrote it.
The big giveaway is the link points to a completely different server than the text says ... hover your mouse over it and you'll see..(or right-click/properties) Unfortunately people do, and probably always will fall for stuff like this...
I always get those from some jackwipe claiming to be from citi bank lately. I think they call the scam "fishing" you just spam the bait out there and wait for a sucker to bite. The funny thing is citi bank never ever gives me a credit card. Or is that the sad thing.

that's hilarious... I made up a fake ID and password, and unsupriszingly, it let me in..just to ask for my credit card information.... lovely.
