for the past few days ive been eating like a freaking pig. I'm just constantly hungry, not so much physically but mentally, I have the urge to eat, like my brain thinks i'm hungry but my stomach doesn't... anyone get what i'm saying? What's going on?

I thought you said mouse at first. Maybe you just need better nutrition? Or maybe it's all that panama red you smoked.

You are eating too much sugar. That's why your always hungry. The carbs can't break down fast enough before your brain thinks your hungry again. If you ate simple natural sugars like those that are in fruit (I know they don't taste nearly as good) your body wouldn't feel as hungry so often.

Seriously try cutting out some of the carbs

Do you eat meat or anything that has protein in it? Every time my husband makes me an egg and cheese sandwhich for breakfast I have enough fuel and tummy satisfaction to last me an entire day. Normally when I eat them it's on days I am out working in my yard, mowing my lawn, and burning tons of energy. I can skip lunch but by dinner I am starving.

True what Peanuts says...I was ALWAYS hungry living at home, when I was snacking on junk foods constantly. However, now at college, I eat nothing but fruits, veggies, cheeses, meats, and the occasional bread. I'm never that hungry anymore.

It's strange, I kind of want to eat something, but I'm not really hungry and my stomach kind of hurts...

Peanuts I'm vegan, so that would eliminate egg and cheese sandwiches (i remember how delicious those are). I haven't had anything to eat except a few handfuls of cereal, and it's 4 in the afternoon. What would you suggest I have for dinner?

I don't know much about vegan diets. I am a meat eater. I eat cheese and eggs.

How about a salad? That sounds so boring unless you can dress it up with some croutons and seasonings.

Maybe I could help you another way.....

The soup I would suggest because I think the broth would be healthy for you. What kind of soup?

The pasta breaks down too fast and then you'll be hungry again. It makes me hungry in a couple hours after eating it.

I haven't eaten yet... I get hungry like that sometimes too, I know it's because I eat so much sugar... but I'm too lazy to fix my diet:rolleyes:
