i havent contributed anything meaningful, loving or uplifting in the slighest to the forums in a while now, so heres where ill try ;P edgar cayce once said "the goal of every soul is to manifest the universality of love, so that they may end their incarnations and suffering and merge with god and know his infinite knowledge, bliss, and love.... after getting bored and reading about DMT trips where people meet angels and elves and get their souls sucked out of their body, i can't help but feel completley devoted to that philosophy in hope of leaving this puny little earth brain behind in hope for something infinitley cooler... or at least coming closer in my next life, to ultimate union... or maybe becoming an angel. i read recently about a really interesting idea about angels are created... when two people who are in love so much, and they find no greater joy in servicing the world, then their souls somehow bind together to form some magnificent being. i know that might sound kinda far out to some of you, but its in a really good book i just read and i deefinatley believe in angels. maybe not angels per se, but divine beings or a divine being of some sort. im not claiming to KNOW angels or GOD or whatever exists, and know what they look like or any dogmatic stuff like that. and im not saying i know what it is that guides and helps us all through this life time in an unconidtionally loving and patient manner, but i have no doubt that something/s doing just that. a malcom x movie i watched recently put it into words good, about god having a protective shrub around us all.if you think about that, it makes soo much sense. in life, were never given an ounce more of the weight we can handle, even though it seems like we get really heavy loads and life sucks sometimes. its still no more than we need to see to learn our next lesson, or to manifest gods will, or some divine act apart of destiny. it seems too, that all religions agree on love, despite their different ideas and approaches to it, love seems to be fundamental to it all. except christianity, depending on the kind of christian you are i guess, since some christians get down with the whole hell and eternal damnation thing which i dont buy, but jesus was all about love. love thy neighbor as thyself, etc etc whatever whatever.... manifesting love is tricky though, theres lots of forms to manifest it in. i know i've spread a lot in my life time, but it seems it has to be a consistent thing and practice. cuz if your not always doing and practicing it, then you dont understand it. this would mean you can't force it i guess, and it really does have to come from within.. i guess if we just have the slightest sincere intention to want to start spreading more love though, it will manifest itself, like this thread for instance. i guess ultimatley what it comes down to, is surrendering to gods will and destiny, and there will our highest love and service be performed on this earth. not wanting to spread one kind of a love or the other, and trying to control things, but just you know, letting your heart guide you to where it thinks the most love is needed.
