Technically, it is both.

 

I don't think it's adoption if one of the men is the father, which I presume is the case.

 

So what you prefer that a baby is given away to two unrelated foster parents as opposed to one of each?

Yeah there's a bit of a backlog going on at the moment, we're kind of running out of places to put them when they grow up as well.

Peoples want genetically related babies I suppose. But hey Elton did try to adopt a child, but he wasn't allowed, probably because he is gay.
