anybody seen this movie? if not i highly reccomend it (lol no pun intended). Its about a guy that dies, its all in first person perspective as he goes thru the spirit realms in what the synopsis calls a 'hallucinatory odessy'. He smokes dmt before he dies and you get to see it all from first person perspective. I think they did a pretty good job with it, i didnt see anything like that when i did it but it would be pretty impossible to put what i saw in a movie. Cant say anymore or i will spoil it for you.
Watched it not too long ago high out of my mind of MXE. Very very hard movie to get through on MXE if you can even remotely or somewhat out of context relate yourself to any aspect of the movie. It gets pretty fucking tragic.
It's quite a dark and difficult movie, though visually stunning, and yeah the DMT scene is very well done.
yea i dont know if i would want to watch that in an altered state, but then again i watched silent hill on mushrooms and thought it was a pretty funny movie lol It is pretty dark and kinda hard to watch but ive never seen a movie make a serious effort like that to show us something totally new. the filmmaker is Gaspar Noe, a french guy i think. He made 3 other movies, but im not sure what theyre about.
ya that movie is hardcore. i thought it was funny in the beginning as he's holding up the DMT pipe, right before he lights it he goes "i'm not a junkie" in the funniest voice ever.
I had the same experience after coming down after 18 hours on 2CI, wasn't the best choice of film for my fragile mind lol, I'm going to try watching it again today. :bobby:
