So, I've always been jealous of those oldies who god to try Qualuudes and for a while I looked into the MethQualone synthesis, but I really can't justify spending those sort of resources for that. I did, however, get excited when i heard about MethylMethQualone, but I now have a source for EtaQualone, which to me sounds better: 2-methyl-3-(2-methylphenyl)-4-(3H)-quinazolinone (Methaqualone) 2-methyl-3-(2-ethylphenyl)-4-(3H)-quinazolinone (Ethaqualone) I figure it should be very similar to the 'ludez experience. Have any of you guys tried this one? Know anything about it? Should dosages be equivelant to those of Methaqualone with that similar a chemical structure or no?
ordered 3g. Will report back. e: upon furthere research, there are very mixed reviews. I assumed it would be legit with its extremely similar chemistry to its cousin but those few on the web who've tried it have had fleeting experience and/or needed very high doses. I'm going to try this: (from BL: http://www.bluelight.ru/vb/threads/404056-Etaqualone/page8) I will probably disolve 1gm in 10ml of 99% EtOH and save the rest for possible smoking. I think this might end up being a waste of money, but I'm certainly not going to let what I do receive go to waste. If anything, I will try what has worked for others (even if it sometimes has not), as I haven't taken a benzo, barbituate, opiate, or downer fo any kind in over a year so I have no tolerance to these sort of things (as many of the others who tried this compound did). I should have it in under a week and I will try aroudn 250-350mg in the EtOH solution sublingual (after an allergen test, of course) as my first dose and I will report back. Hopefully its not as useless as some say. I've heard great things and terrible things so far, very mixed reviews. :/

Yep, it's an RC. It's designed to be an RC analogue of the ludes from the 70's but I'm not sure if it's gonna make the cut. We'll see when I get it, which should be tomorrow or the day after...
Well I tried 420mg oral, without any dissolution and it was pretty chill. Very subtle, but quite euphoric. Immediate effects lasted around 2 hours, but carried on for a while as well. Inhibitions reduced. Pretty fun, wouldn't buy it again unless it was ridiculously cheap though. Besides, I mostly got it out of interest (I've wanted to try ludes ever since I watched cheech and chong ), but I tend to try to avoid downers. If anyone's thinking of ordering this, go for it if its cheap. It can be pretty fun and very euphoric. Fun for a saturday night on the town sort of thing, very subtle. PS: I am making a solution of this 100mg/ml in 94% ethanol and putting around 3ml under my tongue tonight. I will report back with results.
So I've learned a valuable lesson: although it does give more result per weight, 100mg/ml Etaqualone/Ethanol solution tastes like having razors dragged through your mouth and causes some lasting damage and numbness. If you buy this stuff, just eat a 5piece, fuck this solution... (sry for triple post lol)
I too have been curious about old school downers and got about 5g of the stuff. Now since 04' i've been on 5mg clonazepam a day so my GABA levels are not normal, I mention this because as you may or may not know ethaqualone is cross tolerant with other GABAergic drugs. If 10-20mg diazepam still does it for you then youll prob have a great time on this. Keep in mind I havent tried methaqualone so cannot compare it to anything but it felt very similar to a nice benzo mixed with soma (if i had to compare). My first time I took 420mg and another 200mg 15min later. Surprisingly it has a fast come up and when it hits you the best word to use is INTERLUDE to best separate it from all other downers. It fucks with your motor skills a bit, but if ur laying on the couch type thing you know your high when things start to mellow out, thoughts are positive. It also has a slight euphoric and energetic vibe to it. I mean slight because its not in your face/cant sit on my 2 feet type shit, rather very mellow I would say youd need to look for it its not that weak but if u dont have an idea of what the qualone drugs feel like then you may need to look for these effects. The energy is not stimulating by all means rather if u ever had pure MDMA its that type of want to sit in the couch and think/INTERLUDE. Very short duration say about 1hr and by 2nd hour it was fading however perfect for sleep, if its time to sleep. My experimentation stopped exactly there because tolerence builds incredibuily fast to the euphoric effects and if your ever dealt with the z drugs like Imovane/zopiclone you know you get visuals the first night but the 2nd night barley any and 3rd night its like your immune to it. Anyways the most i waited in between was 48hrs, using up to 1,000mg/1g a day throughout the course of the day still never acheiving my initial high, people say give at least 3 days 72hrs, I say best give it a week in between (5-7 days). I'm glad i satisfied my curiosity but it honestly wasnt what I expected when I had it (refering to the 1st time), and I preffer a Soma + codeine or Soma + benzo (and codeine) anyday.
