events for 35th Kent State commemoration

For anyone interested, here are this year's events for the 35th Kent State commemoration, May 1-4:

Anyone who can should attend. The annual memorial is a direct link to the sociopolitical evolution of the 60s and 70s and carries the banner forward.

 

CSPAN is supposed to air the 35th Kent State Commemoration. It's not their schedule page right now but will probably air Tuesday evening May 3 at 7:30pm or 8pm EDT. Not sure if it will be CSPAN 1 or 2.

There will be commemoration activities on the Kent State campus Tuesday through Wednesday afternoon. The outdoor activities will be on the Commons next to Taylor building Wednesday from about 9am to 3pm.

 

Too bad I don't live any closer.
