    That's very interesting. :)

I rarely remember my dreams so keeping a dream diary would be a struggle for me, lol. Is reading a dream diary essential to the experience?

To the OP, I'd recommend salvia if you're looking for something similar to DMT.

Yes, a dream journal is essential.

And would you STOP comparing salvia to n,n-dmt?

    You obviously have no idea.

    One is an endogenous neurotransmitter
and the other is a very pissed off plant spirit

Yes this is the answer i was lookin for. This all happens because of the perenial gland right above your eyes on the center of your forehead in your brain. They call it the thrid eye.

It contains DMT and from what i hear when you put your body in extreme mental or physical strain, you release a unreal ammount of DMT putting you in another "dimension".

Things like extreme meditation (i.e monks or other religious ppl) or fasting like jews but to a extreme ( like jesus) releases the chemical. I really believe your dream diary might work Stalk. ima try it cause i would love to visit another world :D.

thanks for the replys, i just wanted to make sure my shrink didnt talk too much shit

The third eye is not the pineal.
The third eye is the holographic epitome of awareness
that occurs due to dense neuro-electric fields in the brain, body, and other dimensions of our being that science doesn't understand.
(I'm sure the pineal plays a role, but not in it's entirety)

Endogenous n,n-dmt is found all over the body. It's source of production is currently unknown.

I wouldn't say that physical and mental severity lead to dosing on DMT.
You can go into a cave for 5 days and see the light.
The lack of light leads to the light of god, thanks to the help of 5-meo-dmt.

We are always working with DMT.
    It's a subtle neurotransmitter.

Just wanted to clear that up.
There was a lot of misconceptions in your post.

It's so much deeper than you could ever imagine, sister.

I do hope you venture far, and meet the others.

I can compare DMT to a block of cheese if I want mate.

Again... I'm not saying they're the same, I'm saying there are similarities in the experiences.
