Ive never done it, but i am curious, what do you find as the benefits from it? how long do you fast, what do you allow yourself to have? Do you lose weight or is it more for cleansing of your system?
cleansing your system but its good for a number of things. Since its your first I always advise a 24-hour fast to become used to do this for about 3 times in about a 3 week length. Then gradually move it 24 more hours each time drink plenty of water or juice.
