What's your favourite and least favourite accent, Random Thoughts? My favourite would have to be Italian. It's so soothing when a person from Italy speaks English to (as long as the speaker doesn't have a high voice... Then you get into Mario Brothers territory.) Anyone who's played Assassin Creed II knows what I'm talking about. My least favourite is... Well, I'm not going to say it. We all know which one I mean. You know, that really dirty one.
catch is a bit wispy. obviously an underfed fish hmmm *throws back* Didn't even have a cheers fin. *shakes head*
I like trying to mimic the English accent, and Irish. I can say "would you like to come back to my place for a potato and a fuck?" pretty good. I like Southern drawls... pretty cool. And even if you are Australian, you can still impersonate the accent. Just over exadurate the whole talking through your nose thing. :2thumbsup:
My favorite would probably be "standard" (news) British or Australian for females - and definitely Latin/Spanish for males. Many thick British accents bother me. Especially south London sorts for females and cockney for males.
I really like Northern Irish accents. French accents can be hot on women, too. I never minded the Aussie accent, quite pleasant really! Least favourite would have to be the Dublin accent, its so bad!! Also not a fan of south african or new zealand accents (sorry kiwis! ) ....although theyre pretty easy to mimic, just by not opening my mouth very wide when I talk.
Weird - you like Norther Ireland accent? Okay, fair enough. I prefer the softer southern accent myself. And I love French, and like New Zealand as well. Dont like? South African, Polish, Indian, especially when they in a call centre saying nonsense like "Have you tried reinstalling Windows?" "Actually, no I haven't pal. Nor have I tried punching you in the face, but I certainly would if you were here" (sorry for the rant - spent hours lately on the phone with Adobe "support")
The only real exposure Ive had to an Irish accent has been Father Ted and the IT Crowd and I find it hilarious in both instances. 'one tousand' 'I tink' 'eeeeedeot!! ' Em... Lol Pypes has my fav accent, hes from buuuhrminghum
I love too many accents, how can you for instance choose between russian english and scottish? I can't :2thumbsup: I've read a comment on here about the origin of australian accents that still cracks me up everytime I see it. To make it even more accurate you should change fuck with shag
