Where do you like to eat when you're in Amsterdam?

I'm on a budget so I'd like to keep it cheap but satisfying. I really enjoy tapas. Are there any decent, affordable tapas bars/restaurants in Amsterdam?

Van Dobben, right by Rembrandtplein. Fifties-style Dutch lunch counter with the best krokets around. Pretty inexpensive and open late on the weekends.
