What are some of your biggest fears? It is my belief that nearly all of our human actions stem from a fear of some kind.
i fear violence, confritations, and saying the wrong thing. That is a very good belief that i never put into concideration, it explains why im usually such a mellow, quiet and kind person...your smart
You can make jokes about that all you want, but I honestly DO have a fear of spontaneous nosebleeds. I got one that lasted for 45-minutes in the third grade, in front of my cello (that's right, I played cello, motherfuckers) teacher, whom I, being the constant teacher whore that I am, had a crush on. I also have an unhealthy fascination with commas.
I'm afraid of wasting time, passing up chances, looking back on my life someday and saying "I shoulda!".
For those of you who answered, "death", I want to ask... Can you pinpoint what specifically frightens you about the concept? At the simpilest level, perhaps it's a fear of pain/dying uncomfortably. Or perhaps it goes beyond that, to a fear of uncertainty, as what really comes after death (if anything) is simply not known. Or perhaps we all fear on some level being forgotten, being insignificant after we die. It's not like that fear is irrational at all...
I know what comes after death.... but none of you are going to like the answer, so I'll just let it to be a surprise.
i dont really know myself. but its not th pain im afraid of. maybe its got to do with my fear of getting unconcious.... could be similar. that losing control thing.
