how would i get the most out of a 100ug fent patch? understand i have a decent dope habit (gram a day) so i was wondering if just wearing it would be enough? or should i eat it, smoke it, etc...
Cut it into four pieces, then chew one at a time. Not all at once, you dont wanna OD but once you chewed it all out of the first piece wait a while, evaluate how you feel and if your up to it chew the next one. Just be careful with fentanyl that shit is hardcore.
Is it a gel or sticky patch? If it is gel, id personally recommend smoking it, get some foil and put a tiny, like pin tip dot and light it up, and just sloooooooowly work your way up if you are smoking it, you have to be so fucking careful. And I would not chew patches.... just let it sit under your tongue, it will all absorb over a few hour period, you will know when its gone when the bitterness goes away.

If you are not a experienced shooter, I would not recommend shooting fent, atleast from a patch. And if you do, make sure you heat it up, get some of that fucking alcohol and other shit out of the fent, I know there is something else in it that is not good to shoot, just been too long since I was doing fent. I do miss it, mhmm. Smoking it is almost as good as a good shot, quite a rush.
Yes you heat it for a min. and it will create bubbles, the bubbles are what you want.....be vary careful fent is a fucked up drug you can easily overdue it thinking your not hi then all the sudden bam. but slamming is the the best way not to lose any of it, but if u never slam b4 don't use fent for your first time, that would be a deathwish.
Yeah, if anyone shoots up fent before any other drug, they would probably od lol, shoot up like 5mg hah.
Well their are so many tricky things to this drug, like type of storage how old etc. I've watched someone do a 30mg all the time until one day all of the sudden he flops for hitting his usual amount. Only thing could of been potency of a fresh patch is much higher than one that's been poorly stored....Just some advice for anyone who is thinking of using fent shot, this can either give u a few good hi's, or it could kill ya so be careful with it.
Yeah, very dangerous chem, Ive known quite a few people to OD, a few so close to death, but had friends digg the puke out of their mouth in their sleep/nodd to keep them alive.
Another prob. is ppl mixing this w xanax, and if dose just right you'll have a hardcore comatoast type fade but if you take too much your heart will slow, then slow your breathing until you die. So don't mix, I had a friend who ended up on life support for a week mixing xan's and methadone. He's lucky to be alive
Yeah, methadone seems to be one that fucks people over. Even though I have a pretty mean tolerance I'm still pretty careful with meth. You can always take more, but you can't take *less* once it's too late...
Yeah, I have a xanax script, and during some hardcore opiate days, id take quite a bit more than prescribed, suprised im still alive with some of the stupid things ive done, along with many other people I know.
yeah if your looking to iv definately dont unless you have a tolerance and are experienced shooting or someone that is will be injecting you...when i shot a 100mcg patch i also had a gram+ of good ass H a day habit. and had been shooting for over 2 years at that point.
