So to start off I'm new here and I searched through some threads trying to find some stuff out about Fentanyl Patches but couldn't really figure out what I needed to know fully. Basically my friend just called me and told me he picked up a couple of these, they are 25 mcg and I am wondering how strong these actually are. I have a pretty high tolerance to opiates just naturally and as soon as I start taking any type of painkiller on the regular my tolerance skyrockets, after taking 30 mg of hydrocodone a few nights in a row I can't even get high off of 50 mg... It's kind of odd I've never really understood why it's like that. I've done Vicodins, Oxycontins, Percocets, and Dilaudids and none of them have ever really wowed me or anything. Basically what I'm asking is would it be stupid for me to do one of these or is this a mild enough dosage to where I would be cool? Thanks in advance for your guys help!
Just doing them normally by putting the patch on my skin, however I did have it suggested to break it open and dip a pin into the gel and basically just eat that and repeat every half hour or so. I honestly had never heard of these things before and I couldn't find a whole lot on them that was very helpful for me.
i don't know much about opiates, but i know fentanyl is insanely potent, so do not start with a whole patch. be careful
Most definitely. I know that 25 mcg is much lower than most. A lot of people have 50-75 mcg patches. I've been doing opiates for awhile now so I'm thinking I'll be fine. Hell the guy we got it from said he broke it open and ate 3/4 of the package at once... I don't really know what other type of opiates the guy does though so I def wouldn't try it. I actually put on the patch not too long ago. If it gets to feel like it's too much I'll just take it off.
im sure you were fine yes fet is one of the strongest opiates, but the 25mcg patch is the weakest they make I would of just told you to open it and suck down all the gel howed it make you feel putting it on your arm? Probably like a light buzz for 2 days right?
Also I did a whole hundred patch one time with two Xanax bars that is sucked the gel out and I was very messed up, but I have been using opiates for years and was an addict at the time, but still my tolerance at that time wasn't ridiculously high I was probally shooting like 2-3 decent bags of dope a day at that time.
It gave me a pretty good buzz but when I went to bed I smoked a vape and I think that had me paranoid so I took it off but there is still gel in it. Is there a good way to open it up to get the gel out?
nvm I just cut it open and gummed a little bit of it. Yet to feel anything though, I don't wanna do too much at once cause I'm still a little uneducated on how much I could take at once of it.
Yeah I was all good. Like I said I only took a little bit, I def do know this is some potent shit so I'm not gonna fuck around with it. I just took a few tiny drops of it at a time and spread that throughout the day.
Well, I didn't mean anything by it, and I can't tell you what to do. It's just that when somebody is dealing with such a powerful drug and they say they don't know much about it, it kind of gives me the shivers, lol.
