    I have two plants in 8" plastic pots. Serrated leaves are present as of about a week ago, so I think it is time to fertilize.

    They are already in organic miracle-gro soil .10-.05-.05 (that claims to feed up to 2 months)

    so here's my actual question....

    I just recently fertilized my lawn with Ferti-lome Classic Lawn food;

    16-0-8

    Nitrogen............ 16%
    Potash............... 8%
    Boron................ .02%
    Copper.............. .05%
    Iron.................. .10%
    Manganese......... .05%
    Zinc.................. .05%

    ....... Would there be any benefit to using a small dose of the above mentioned to help my plants? or must I spend more money on a more appropriately balanced dose?

    NO!!!!!! STOP!!! sorry traffic is little slow in here. Anyways dont use no lawn ferts cause they may kill weeds.. They are designed to grow grass.. Cannabis is not grass its a Rosales deciduous plant, buy stuff thats for fruits, veggies, Flowers..

    grass fertilizer contain components that choke out weeds, even if its not written on the package...

    As above but for vegging your looking for a nitrogen based food it should be written on the packaging the N (nitrogen) content should be higher then the p and k content for blooming or budding its the other way round low n more pk. Trace elements also nice to look out for when choosing.
