I have always regarded the UK's stupidity to be the same or greater than that of the US, and since having been there, my opinion hasn't changed.

 

I think of it as the same or slightly less... Afterall, we can buy beer on a sunday.

The problem is our downward spiral in teaching. No one wants to become a teacher because of the lack of respect you get and how crappy a job it is. No one likes the teachers we have now because the ones who knew anything knew enough to stay away. I don't think it's gonna get better soon.

We're lucky, this school is decent and there's a year 10 trip, if you take history, to go to a death camp.
